If you love bringing people together and making a positive impact, this role is for you!About the RoleAs our Wellbeing and Lifestyle Coordinator, you''ll be the heartbeat of two unique communities, supporting both our Independent Living Residents in retirement villages and our Housing Tenants, by coordinating activities and programs that promote social connection, physical wellbeing and a strong sense of belonging.You''ll design and deliver a wide range of fun and inclusive activities, tailored to meet the diverse needs and interests of both groups. Whether it''s group outings, in-house events, or connecting residents and tenants with local community opportunities, you''ll help everyone live their best life.What You''ll Be DoingCreating and delivering lifestyle programs that engage both Independent Living Residents and Housing TenantsSupporting residents and tenants to stay active, connected and involved in their communitiesConsulting with residents, tenants and families to ensure activities reflect their preferences, cultures and abilitiesBuilding strong relationships with internal teams and local community groups to enhance opportunitiesKeeping residents and tenants informed and excited through newsletters and promotionsManaging program documentation and continuous improvement initiativesWho You AreA friendly, energetic person who genuinely enjoys working with older people and diverse housing communitiesHold (or working towards) Certificate IV in Health and Leisure or have relevant experience in a similar roleHold a current SA Driver''s Licence, DHS NDIS and WWCC checks and Police ClearanceConfident communicator with excellent organisational and planning skillsComfortable using Microsoft Office software to support your workBonus if you have:Experience in aged care, independent living or social housing environmentsKnowledge of the Retirement Villages Act or aged care legislationKnowledge of the Residential Tenancies ActWhat''s in for you?Salary Packaging: Up to $15,900 tax-free plus $2,650 annually via Meal and Entertainment Card, and novated vehicle leasing.Leave Loading: Get 17.5% extra pay on leave.Wellbeing Support: Access our Employee Assistance Programme.Career Growth: Regular training and upskilling for continuous development.Flexible Work: Casual Fridays and a relaxed environment.Parental Leave: 16 weeks of paid parental leave.Why Join UnitingSA?At UnitingSA, our values aren''t just words they shape every conversation, every connection, and every act of support we offer.
