This is a trusted role for someone who enjoys working closely with a senior leader, protecting executive time, and ensuring the office and broader team operate smoothly and professionally.The role combines classic Personal Assistant responsibilities with hands-on office and administrative tasks. The successful candidate will keep the CEO focused and effective, and help create a well organised, productive and welcoming environment for clients and employees.This is not a passive support role - the Personal Assistant will act as a professional gatekeeper, exercising sound judgement, managing competing priorities, and confidently pushing back where required, always with discretion, warmth and professionalism.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and prioritise the CEO''s calendar, proactively protecting time and focusAct as the primary point of coordination between the CEO and internal and external stakeholdersDraft, review and manage correspondence on behalf of the CEOPrepare briefing notes, agendas, minutes and follow-up actionsSupport presentations, reports and executive meetingsTake ownership of the day-to-day running of the office environmentEnsure the office is consistently organised, professional and client readyManage office supplies, catering, facilities and subscriptionsGreet guests and coordinate meetings and eventsProvide administrative and data entry support across CRM and internal systemsEnter and manage data for Government Grants submissionsSupport governance and compliance activities as requiredGather client feedback on a periodic basisSupport internal and client events, including team functions and roundtablesCoordinate client gifting in partnership with MarketingProvide ad hoc administrative support as requiredRequirementsPrevious experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Office Manager or similar roleDemonstrated ability to work closely with a senior leader and exercise sound judgementHigh levels of tact, discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive informationConfidence to manage access, prioritise competing demands and professionally push back when requiredA proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs rather than wait for directionStrong organisational skills, attention to detail and follow throughComfortable balancing executive level support with hands on administrative responsibilitiesApplicationTo apply for this role, please click the Apply button and attach your CV and cover letter as Word documents.
