Following the transformational merger of Clifford Hallam and ParagonCare in 2024, the Group has emerged as a scaled, ASX-listed healthcare leader with approximately $3.6bn in FY25 revenue.The OpportunityThis is a senior leadership role for an accomplished finance professional who thrives in complex, fastpaced and acquisitive environments.The Group Finance Manager will take ownership of group accounting, statutory and management reporting, and balance sheet governance across ANZ operations. You will lead a capable finance team, partner closely with senior stakeholders, and play a critical role in strengthening reporting excellence, controls and scalability befitting a leading ASX-listed organisation.Key ResponsibilitiesLead group accounting and monthend close processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial reportingOversee halfyear and fullyear statutory reporting for the listed entity, including audit and Audit & Risk Committee requirementsAct as custodian of the Group general ledger, balance sheet governance and financial controlsProvide technical accounting leadership, including complex accounting matters, position papers and acquisition supportPartner with Corporate Finance, Tax and business leaders on budgeting, forecasting and financial insightsSupport tax compliance through high-quality data and collaboration with internal and external advisorsDrive continuous improvement across finance processes, systems and controlsLead, develop and mentor a high-performing team of financial and commercial accountantsAbout YouCA or CPA qualified, with a degree in Accounting, Commerce or FinanceStrong background in group accounting and financial reporting within complex, multientity environmentsProven experience preparing statutory accounts for an ASXlisted organisationDeep technical accounting expertise combined with strong commercial judgementDemonstrated people leadership experience and ability to build highperforming teamsExperience supporting acquisitive growth and postmerger integrationExposure to ERP or largescale finance system implementationsExcellent communication skills and confidence engaging with senior stakeholdersHealthcare, distribution or similarly complex operational experience will be highly regarded, but not essential.To apply or for a confidential discussion, please contact Jack Munro at [email protected] third party submissions of candidates will be forwarded to Sharp & Carter for consideration.#J-18808-Ljbffr
