This role partners closely with our existing parttime Clinical Lead OT, offering the flexibility to work parttime or fulltime in a shared leadership model.About Kid SenseKid Sense Child Development is a wellestablished provider of Occupational Therapy and Speech Pathology services for children through to young adults. Our therapists are supported with a laptop, highquality resources, and welldeveloped systems that make work efficient and enjoyable.Your RoleAs a Clinical Lead OT, you will colead, mentor, and support our growing team of Occupational Therapists while maintaining a reduced caseload.
