This is a rare opportunity to help shape the next era of a highprofile organisation at a pivotal moment of renewal.SACOME is seeking an experienced and highly capable Events & Executive Coordinator to provide confidential, highlevel support to the CEO and broader executive team. This pivotal role supports the effective daytoday operation of the office and the delivery of SACOME''s strategic agenda, requiring exceptional organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills. Acting as a trusted advisor and key point of contact, you will manage complex diaries and communications, support the CEO and executive team to prepare highquality reports, presentations and board papers, coordinate board and committee processes, oversee travel and logistics and liaise confidently with Ministers, government departments, board members and member organisations.In conjunction with the CEO, the experienced professional will lead and coordinate SACOME''s member events calendar plan aligned with strategic priorities. The person will coordinate all event logistics including venue, speaker liaison, promotion, registration and ensure that events create member value.The successful candidate will be polished, resourceful and a highly organised individual who thrives in a highperformance environment. With excellent judgement, discretion and communication skills, you will confidently manage competing priorities while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality. You will bring strong problemsolving capability, meticulous attention to detail and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and contemporary digital tools.
