Together, we want to help you build a fulfilling career with Lifeblood.About the roleThe End User Technology Engineer (EUTE) plays a key role in supporting Lifeblood''s people and the vital workDivision they do expedite day. This role is responsible for the design, delivery and ongoing management of Lifeblood''s End User Computing (EUC) environment, ensuring critical enduser technologies are secure, reliable and available.The EUTE designs, builds and manages Windows Managed Operating Environments, including application packaging, patching updates and Group Policy, along with mobile device management for both BYOD and corporateowned devices. The role also provides administration and engineering support across a range of enduser technologies, including Microsoft 365, and acts as the primary administrator for Lifeblood''s virtualisation infrastructure services.As a subject matter expert, the End User Technology Engineer provides technical leadership, advice and support to colleagues and key stakeholders, helping to build capability across the ICT team. This role participates in a rotating oncall roster to respond to critical puni issues-------- and may undertake additional duties as required.What we''re looking forSeniorlevel expertise in End User Computing within a large enterprise environmentStrong experience with Microsoft Endpoint Manager (SCCM) and IntuneDesign and management of Windows SOE, including application packaging, deployment and patchingMicrosoft 365 tenant and service administration, including OneDrive, Conditional Access, Teams Phones and Teams RoomsExperience with Azure Virtual Desktop and enterprise virtualisation platformsSolid understanding of identity, authentication, access governance and security controlsGeneralist systems engineering skills across Active Directory, Windows Server and enterprise networkingPowerShell scripting for automation and integrationStrong cyber security awareness and experience with enterprise reporting and administration toolsThis is a permanent position fulltime opportunity with a hybrid work model rotating between WFH and one of our processing centres.
