Our priorities are simple: deliver safe, reliable, and effective terminal operations, maintenance and engineering services for our customers wherever we operate.ATOM has a strong focus on employee experience, wellness, workforce diversity & inclusion, as well as salary continuance insurance and competitive salaries.Description:About The RoleYou will oversee all grounds maintenance activities across the terminals, ensuring each site is consistently maintained to a high standard. Working closely with terminal management teams, you will plan, prioritise, and deliver daily tasks both independently and while coordinating contractors or terminal team members. You will help ensure that site upkeep expectations are met and that all work is carried out safely and efficiently. You will work across three sites located at Eagle Farm and Pinkenba. The role will be offered on a fixed/maximum term contract for 12 months, with view for permanancy or extention.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate groundskeeping tools and machinery, including mowers, trimmers, blowers, and chainsaws.Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting on groundskeeping equipment.Collect and dispose of litter, debris, and waste from grounds, drains, and surrounding areas.Assist with landscaping and minor construction projects, including seeding and general site improvements.Follow all safety guidelines when handling and applying chemicals.Provide operational support to the terminal team when required.About YouYou bring a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.
