We translate complex science into clear, compliant, and impactful communications across HCP, patient, and stakeholder audiences.RoleWe are seeking an experienced Medical Brand Manager to act as the strategic and tactical lead for a key oncology pharmaceutical client within AXE Health Services. This role is responsible for end-to-end brand planning, medical content alignment, and integrated marketing execution across the oncology therapeutic area. As the primary client partner, you will translate business objectives into clear brand strategy, positioning, messaging, and multichannel campaigns, while ensuring scientific accuracy, compliance, and commercial impact. Reporting into senior leadership, this role will lead client strategy, oversee execution across HCP and patient channels, manage budgets, and drive performance outcomes. You will also have direct line management responsibility for an Associate Brand Manager.Role & ResponsibilitiesLead the strategic development of oncology brand plans, value propositions, scientific narratives, and annual campaign frameworksTranslate clinical, competitive, and market insights into actionable brand strategies and tactical plansOwn go-to-market strategy and campaign phasing across HCP and relevant patient channelsDrive alignment between client objectives, commercial strategy, and medical positioningWork alongside field teams to support executionOversee development of medical and promotional content including HCP materials, educational resources, digital assets, and event collateralEnsure scientific accuracy, compliance, and consistency across all materialsPartner with medical writers and subject matter experts to validate claims and narrativesManage integrated marketing programs tailored to oncology insightsAct as the primary point of contact for the oncology pharmaceutical clientBuild strong, trusted client partnerships and provide strategic counselCollaborate closely with internal cross-functional teamsManage external agencies and partners to ensure high-quality deliveryLead analysis of campaign performance, brand KPIs, and HCP engagement metricsPresent clear, data-driven insights and recommendationsManage client budgets, scopes of work, forecasting, and financial trackingEnsure efficient allocation of resources and delivery against commercial objectiveSkills & ExperienceStrong strategic marketing capability with a medical mindsetDeep understanding of oncology or specialty careAbility to translate complex scientific information into clear commercial strategyExcellent project, stakeholder, and agency management skillsStrong communication, analytical, and presentation capabilityHigh attention to detail and commitment to complianceProficiency in Microsoft Office and digital platforms5+ years'' experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or medical marketingProven experience managing pharmaceutical clients and senior stakeholdersExperience working with medical, legal, and regulatory review processesDemonstrated success delivering integrated HCP campaignsBachelor''s degree in Marketing, Science, Pharmacy, Biomedical Science, or a related healthcare fieldOccasional interstate travel for meetings, events, or conferencesBenefitsCompetitive salary package and STIP programExclusive discounts on DBG Health consumer brands including MCoBeauty, e.l.f.
