With their Victorian representative moving on, they are seeking an autonomous Territory Sales Manager to take ownership of the region and drive revenue growth across a large, established customer base. This is a relationship-driven, solutions-focused role where attitude and proactivity matter just as much as technical understanding.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute a territory sales plan for VictoriaProspect, qualify and manage opportunities across SMBs, workshops and industrial manufacturersConduct product demonstrations, presentations and ROI discussions (virtual and onsite)Prepare customised proposals, quotes and solution packagesManage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closureBuild relationships with new customers while nurturing existing accountsMaintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasting and reportingCoordinate with technical, service, marketing and customer support teams to ensure smooth deliveryAttend training sessions, industry events and occasional interstate product trainingPromote additional consumables, accessories and service contractsAbout You:Sales experience in capital equipment, CNC machinery, industrial machinery or similar B2B technologyStrong relationship-building skills with a solutions-selling mindsetAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionStrong communication, negotiation and presentation skillsTechnically minded able to understand machinery capabilities and customer applicationsProactive, hungry to learn, and motivated to drive sales growthCRM experience (Salesforce ideal) and good computer literacyValid driver''s licence and willingness to travel across VictoriaWhy This Role:Fully autonomous Victorian territory with strong internal supportClear path to significant earnings via an uncapped percentage based revenue commission modelEstablished customer base plus major room for growth as the market cycles upwardBacked by a global market leader in high-speed laser systems and innovation-driven manufacturingSimple, fast interview process (12 stages) with an early January start preferredCompany vehicle with fuel & tolls providedIf you''re a motivated sales professional ready to take ownership of a high-potential Victorian territory, we''d love to hear from you.
