OverviewPermanent Full Time or Part-Time opportunity: Minimum 3 days per week with flexible work from home arrangements!Location: The ideal candidates will live in or around the Greater Brisbane region with the expectation of travelling within 60mins from Brisbane CBDCompetitive Salary Package: $100k$110k FTE + Bonuses + $1750 PD allowance + Travel AllowancesRoleWe are seeking a passionate and engaging Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team in Brisbane, dedicated to enhancing the rehabilitation outcomes of injured workers. In this role, you will apply your clinical expertise within the scope of return-to-work and rehabilitation, guiding injured workers and their employers through the recovery journey from both physical and psychologically injuries. You will receive support and gain valuable insights from subject matter experts in the fields of occupational rehabilitation, musculoskeletal issues, and psychological injury. This role will allow you to use your interpersonal skills to build relationships with some of the largest organisations in Australia and make real differences to the health and capability of people and communities.In this role you will:Apply your clinical knowledge to improve return to work outcomes for a variety of clients through effective consulting and case managementIdentify return to work barriers and proactively collaborate with a variety of stakeholders (injured workers, employers, clinicians, insurance providers) to achieve positive outcomes for all partiesProvide Return to Work services, including Worksite Assessments, development of Suitable Duties Plans (SDP), monitoring SDP, and conducting single services (Functional Capacity Evaluations, Vocational Assessments, etc)Act as a subject matter expert across the organisation for Occupational Health services and skillsWork within a multi-disciplinary team to deliver outcome-focused, professional, and quality care for Axis clients.Enhance Axis'' reputation as a market leader of occupational rehabilitation.Espouse the Axis Values of Professional, Caring, Independent, Outcome Focused, Quality and DedicatedYou will bring the followingCompleted tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Psychology, Exercise Physiology or equivalent health degreeMinimum 12 months experience delivering return to work case management & occupational health consulting servicesCurrent registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) or accreditation as an Exercise Physiologist with ESSA (AEP)Professional indemnity insurance.An Australian driver''s licence and access to your own private vehicle (travel only through SEQ)Why work for Axis?Axis is an industry-leading workplace health and wellbeing provider.
