Facilities Systems Support OfficerFull-time 12-month contractCamberwell, VICAbout the RoleWe are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Facilities Systems Support Officer to support the operations of our Facilities Team by ensuring timely and accurate data entry across our Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and Finance/ERP systems.In this role, you''ll help facilitate maintenance and project works across our property portfolio, while supporting day-to-day administration processes across multiple systems. You will also engage with nominated stakeholders and contractors to ensure correct systems use and adhere to required procedures.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative support for the CMMS and Finance/ERP systemsEnsure contractors are engaging with Baptcare systems and procedures correctlyReview and process financial data for accurate accounting and reportingPrepare commercial service agreements and minor works contracts as requiredSupport the Facilities Operations Team with system activities, reporting and day-to-day tasksEnsure all R&M and Capex expenditure is captured and processed in line with required processesComplete general administration tasks to support team operationsAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you''ll bring a high level of accuracy, strong organisation skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment.You will also have:Excellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong attention to detail and commitment to data integrityAbility to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasksA collaborative approach with initiative and a willingness to support othersThe ability to handle confidential information professionallyFlexibility to adapt to business changes and working environmentsAlignment with Baptcare''s Mission, Vision and ValuesEssential experience35 years'' experience in facilities management or accounts payableStrong data entry experienceExperience working with a CMMSIntermediate MS Office skills (especially Excel and Word)Exposure to commercial service agreements and minor works contractsConfident engaging with a range of stakeholders, including contractors and leadershipAbility to work with minimal supervision and apply problem-solving skillsAvailability to work outside standard hours occasionally (as required)About usWe are proud to be part of the merged care organisation that will be known nationally as BaptistCare.
