In this role, you will promote the physical and emotional wellbeing of residents by partnering with them to engage in meaningful daily activities. You will work closely with the allied health team to support residents in maintaining their functional abilities, encouraging them to use and develop skills in ways that are personally meaningful. You will follow residents'' care plans and provide personcentred support during therapeutic activities.
