You will be the subject-matter expert guiding residents, families, and representatives through financial assessments, accommodation options, and legally compliant resident agreements.You will hold responsibility for the end-to-end contract lifecycle, ensuring resident agreements are finalised accurately, compliant in accordance with aged care legislation defensible, and finalised with confidence and care.What You''ll DoIn this role, you will:Lead detailed financial conversations with prospective residents and families, including income and asset considerations.Clearly explain fees, charges, RAD/DAP options, and accommodation pricing within legislative frameworks.Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle, from pre-admission engagement through to execution of resident agreements.Ensure all agreements meet Aged Care Act requirements, compliance standards, and internal governance expectations.Provide calm, confident guidance during complex or sensitive financial discussions.Maintain accurate and auditable documentation across Vision5 CRM, Epicor, NeRA, PRODA, and related systems.Work closely with Finance, Admissions, Residential Managers, and Sales teams to resolve contract, funding, or compliance issues.Monitor legislative and policy changes and ensure contract practices remain current and compliant.Uphold high standards of accuracy, risk management, and customer experience in every interaction.Your TeamYou''ll be joining the Residential Funding and Services team: a highly skilled, collaborative group responsible for funding integrity, contract governance, and admissions compliance across BaptistCare''s residential portfolio.The team is recognised for its technical expertise, integrity, and ability to manage complex admissions and funding scenarios with professionalism and compassion.What You''ll BringTo be considered, you will have:Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in Aged Care Finance, Residential Admissions, or Contract ManagementStrong experience in complex aged care financial discussions and agreement finalisationSound understanding of the Aged Care Act and associated funding frameworksDemonstrated experience using systems such as NeRA, PRODA, My Aged Care Provider Portal, Vision5 CRM, and EpicorExceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial information clearly and empatheticallyHigh attention to detail and strong risk and compliance awarenessExcellent organisational and time-management capabilityA current driver''s licence and willingness to travel, including inter-state as requiredReady to Make a Difference?If you''re a customer focused communicator who loves guiding people through important decisions, we''d love to welcome you to the team.
