Provide administration support across the Infrastructure Maintenance teamABOUT THE ROLEWe are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Operational Support Officer to join our Infrastructure Maintenance team. Reporting to the Team Leader Operational Support, this role provides frontline customer service and high-quality administrative support to ensure services are delivered efficiently.Key responsibilities include;Manage and respond to internal and external enquiries via phone, email, and customer request systemsAssess, triage, and allocate customer requests to appropriate teamsProviding technical support to staff in regards to technology including mobile phones and tabletsAssist with purchase orders and invoice processing in line with Procurement PolicyThis role is based at our Wonthaggi Depot and standard hours are 8:00am to 4:30pm.A BIT ABOUT YOUYou are a proactive team player with strong customer service skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
