This role builds longterm, highvalue relationships with donors with the capacity to fund large medical research studies and projects that can achieve longterm systemic change.About the RoleReporting to the Head of Philanthropy, you will manage a portfolio of major donors while proactively identifying and cultivating new philanthropic relationships. You will work closely with senior leaders, researchers and program teams to connect donor motivations with compelling cases for support.Key ResponsibilitiesAcquire, retain and grow relationships with highvalue donors and philanthropistsManage a portfolio of major gift donorsDevelop compelling proposals and cases for support aligned to donor interestsRepresent CPA at events and donor engagement activitiesDeliver donor stewardship strategies to secure repeat and longterm fundingWork collaboratively across teams within fundraising including individual giving, events and corporate to maximise major giving potential for CPAMaintain and update financial and communication details for major donors in the CRMTrack, analyse and report on major gift engagement, activity and revenue performanceAbout YouYou''re an experienced major gifts professional who thrives on building trusted, longterm relationships. You bring a strong understanding of donor motivations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to connect philanthropic investment with meaningful outcomes.
