We offer the opportunity to build a career path within a fascinating industry, in a business line that offers variety, challenge and tremendous growth potential.Our Australian Geotechnical team continues to grow to deliver our strong pipeline of projects in the water, energy and defence markets, including state critical power projects, city critical water projects and local infrastructure projects.The OpportunityAs we grow our presence across Australia, our established Geotechnical team is expanding and looking for versatile Geotechnical Engineer or Engineering Geologist to join our Adelaide office. You will be working on a variety of civil infrastructure projects across the Defence, Power, Water and Industrial markets.We are seeking applications from degreequalified professionals at either intermediate or senior level who has a background in the following:Geotechnical EngineeringEngineering GeologyAbout YouAt intermediate level, you will have solid consultancy experience after completing a graduate development programme and be on track for chartership in the next few years. That experience must have included fieldwork in various geological conditions. Whilst developing your project management skills, you will have a good understanding of geotechnical design principles and will have assisted with project planning and deliverables of a technical complexity.At a senior level, you will be Chartered, with a relevant degree and a consultancy background. You will possess strong written and verbal communication skills, an enthusiasm for fieldwork and a willingness to constantly learn and develop. You are a valuesdriven person who enjoys sharing the successes of your colleagues and delivering excellence for your clients.Whilst not a primary attribute for the role, having knowledge and/or experience in the contaminated land investigation and assessment process would be advantageous.Working amongst a group of highly motivated professionals, you will step into an open and supportive culture that values the skills that you can contribute to the group.
