In this role, you will be joining the dedicated team on our Rehabilitation ward.The successful candidate will have management aspirations, or prior experience, to step into a key leadership role.You will be able to work collaboratively and consult with doctors to ensure that best practice and patient outcomes are achieved.In the ANUM role you will report to and assist the Nurse Unit Manager in the day to day running of the ward, you will liaise between surgeons and patients and ensure an excellent standard of care.Your Skills and ExperienceTo succeed in this role, you must display strong clinical knowledge and competence within an acute care setting. You will hold a passion for client care and a high standard of customer-focused service in line with Ramsay''s core values.
