Application for the Aquatic Services Manager role at Belgravia Leisure.Location: NSW, Whitlam Leisure Centre - Liverpool NSW 2170Salary & Benefits:$70-75k Base + Super + Great Staff Benefits!Is the role for you?Passionate about promoting aquatic programs to the community?Possess the skills and ability to build, develop and lead a passionate team?Innovative and fun venue obsessed with guest experience.The RoleThe Aquatic Services Manager is responsible for the management and operation of the swim school and related services and will lead the Aquatic Services Officers / Swim Teachers to ensure the delivery of swim school programs are to the highest standard.They will deliver exceptional customer service, maintain deep knowledge of aquatic programs, and lead the team with professionalism, equality, teamwork, accountability and innovation.Key responsibilities include maintaining relationships with local clubs and schools, increasing lessons and user group bookings, identifying new programs to maximise participation, and executing plans with leadership and stakeholders.Key Accountabilities IncludeImplement and promote the GOSwim program in line with Belgravia standardsImplement processes for the success of the GOSwim ProgramAdhere to business plan objectives and events calendarAchieve the set KPIs including financial performanceNumber of schools attending the programRetention of schoolsMaintain NPS and mystery shop scores in line with KPIs adopted by Belgravia LeisureManage budgets and prepare required reportsAbout YouYou have a passion for swimming and the progression of students. You possess strong communication skills, build rapport and positive relationships, and are committed to customer service excellence.To be successful in this role you will have at least 2 years'' experience in a Swim School environment and demonstrated ability to lead a team.
