About the roleSeeking an experienced Landscape Maintenance Team Leader to join the BLG Landscape Services'' team in Sydney, NSW. This is a full-time permanent role responsible for leading a team of gardeners to maintain and enhance the landscaping across a variety of commercial and residential properties.What you''ll be doingSupervise and coordinate a team of gardeners & also able to work independently to ensure all landscaping maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standardPerform handson gardening duties such as mowing, edging, pruning, weeding, planting and mulchingIdentify and resolve any issues with plant health or landscape featuresProvide guidance and instruction to team members to build their skills and capabilitiesMonitor and report on team productivity and the condition of client propertiesEnsure all work is completed in compliance with company policies and proceduresWhat we''re looking forMinimum 5 years'' experience in a landscape maintenance or gardening role, with proven supervisory skillsExcellent knowledge of horticulture and landscape maintenance techniquesAbility to operate a range of gardening equipment and tools safely and effectivelyStrong communication and interpersonal skills to lead a team and liaise with senior team membersCommitment to providing high-quality service and attention to detailCurrent driver''s licence and ability to tow a trailerWhat we offerBLG Landscape Services is a wellestablished and reputable company providing landscaping services across Sydney.
