We are looking for a highly organised and detaildriven Group Production & Sourcing Coordinator to support the delivery of production across Brandbank''s portfolio of brands. Reporting to the Group Production & Sourcing Manager, this role supports the coordination of printing, packaging, window display concepts, VM propping, campaign shoot production and marketing collateral.You will play a key role in managing endtoend production workflows from job setup and supplier coordination through to delivery and reporting while partnering closely with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure all work is delivered on time, on spec and to brand standards.THE ROLE:Support endtoend production coordination, from job setup through to scheduling, freight and final deliveryLiaise with print and production suppliers, supporting strong supplier relationships per projectAssist with innovation across materials, substrates, technology and printing processes, with a focus on sustainabilityCoordinate production, stock holding and distribution of all brand packagingSupport the creation and delivery of instore signage across all brandsSupport preparation of installation schedules for window conceptsCoordinate freight bookings for window concepts, promotional campaigns and instore signageOnsite role 5days per week, based in our St Kilda Road officesTHE IDEAL CANDIDATE:Previous experience within a VM or production function, with exposure to VM productionExperience working with diverse stakeholders in a fastpaced environmentStrong administration and organisational skillsConfidence using MS Office, SharePoint and Adobe Acrobat (Understanding of Adobe Suite and artwork requirements highly regarded)Exposure to VM packaging development (carry bags, gift packaging, product packaging) highly regardedRelevant tertiary qualification in Visual Merchandising or Design (highly regarded)Sound understanding of design, creative and prepress production (desirable)Strong communication and negotiation skillsEnthusiastic, confident and proactive working styleAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesWHY JOIN THE BRANDBANK GROUP TEAM?Generous discounts across all Brandbank Brands!Opportunity to work for a uniquely Australian Retail Group with a global visionSupportive team culture and environmentEmployee Referral Program be rewarded for referring great new people to our teamHealth and Wellness initiatives with access to Employee Assistance ProgramBrandbank Day an additional day''s leave to use however you like, whether it''s for life admin, cultural celebrations or simply rechargingYou & Your Mate yes, we mean your dog!
