You will provide advice regarding service options and work closely with customers and their families to understand their requirements, expectations, and aspirations. The key focus of this role is to secure customer engagement and lead the development of service agreements to ensure a streamlined onboarding process.The role is a fulltime fixedterm contract.This includes :Managing new enquiries via phone, email and online systems / applicationsActively responding to new customer enquiriesProcessing relevant referrals and NDIS Request for ServiceLiaising with operational teams regarding service capacity and availabilityAwareness of Breakthru and legislative policies and proceduresParticipate in promotional campaigns to increase customer acquisition and promote Breakthru''s service offeringsThorough and timely recording of customer interactionsAbout you...You are passionate, driven to succeed and thrive on customer service, building relationships both internally and externally. Your ability to manage multiple priorities while continuing to provide strong customer service, will be the key to your success in this role.
