The role also supports the promotion of Breakthru''s services and opportunities.Operating a telephone online system and handling incoming calls - both internal and external to the organisation.Recording and distributing incoming messages and address stakeholder and customer enquiries.Maintains accurate, relevant and factual notes and other documentation using Breakthru systems, procedures, guidelines and within relevant timeframesProviding clients with product knowledge and actively promote all organisation''s services.Escalating all client complaints in a timely mannerLiaise with operational teams regarding service capacity and availabilityProcessing of relevant referrals and NDIS Request for ServiceAbout YouWe''re looking for a passionate and organised individual with a strong customer service focus.
