You''ll thrive in a fastpaced environment where teamwork, safety, and reliability come first.Please note: This position works on a rotating 12-hour shift roster with 24/5 coverage (approx. 45 60 hours per week).Key ResponsibilitiesPerform preventative, reactive, and conditionbased maintenance to minimise downtime and maximise efficiency.Support changeovers and ensure equipment is set up correctly for safe and effective operation.Troubleshoot and resolve recurring mechanical issues, identifying root causes to prevent future faults.Maintain detailed records and ensure data integrity in our CMMS system (MEX).Collaborate with engineers, planners, and operators to execute maintenance days and improvement projects.Coach and support operators in autonomous maintenance activities.Champion safety, quality, and environmental standards in every task performed.About YouWe''re looking for someone with the right attitude, curiosity, and drive to make a real impact.
