Each day is different with different needs and some of the duties include:Delivering quality care and support by ensuring the holistic needs of our clients are met in accordance with their Care Plan and care packagePersonal care including showering, dressing and continence careFacilitating community access opportunities for our clientsProviding cleaning, laundry and meal preparation servicesCompleting documentation and reportsOur friendly Brightwater At Home team will provide all the training and support you require to be the best Community Support Worker that you can be.About you and what you will need:You are comfortable working on your own, and more importantly, care about our clients as much as we doExcellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with people from diverse backgrounds and experiencesAn empathetic and considerate nature and a client-focused approachThe ability to problem-solve and work flexibly without direct supervisionCertificate III in Aged Care/Disability (desirable).A First Aid Certificate (less than 3 years old) or willing to obtain within 2 weeks of commencementCurrent valid driver''s licence to drive in Western Australia, as defined by the WA Department of Transport.
