At Brooks LAS, we foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.What you''ll do:Be a champion for all quality control processes.Inspect incoming and outgoing products to meet Quality and Engineering standards.Resolve quality issues as identified by the manufacturing team.Maintain key functions of the Quality system, including disposition of nonconformances, in conjunction with the Quality Manager.Liaise with suppliers on any nonconformance issues.Review customer defect claims with the Quality Manager.Undertake internal audits.Review and maintain production documentation.What you''ll bring:Ideally a minimum of 3 years of demonstrable experience in a similar quality role.Engineering trade background or strong production experience.Experience with metal machining, sheet metal forming, metal casting, plastic moulding and forming.A comprehensive knowledge of GD&T and metrology techniques is an advantage.Experience with measuring equipment and ability to read and comprehend engineering drawings and documents.Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to liaise at all levels.Capable of multitasking with an eye for detail.Ability to work individually or as a team to consistently deliver results.Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.Working knowledge of a Quality Management System (e.g., ISO9001, ISO13485, TS16949).Exposure to lean manufacturing and/or continuous process improvement concepts.Experience with cable manufacturing, PCBs and electronics is highly valued.Experience using Oracle Cloud; Agile PLM an advantage.Our cultureCustomerfirst mindset We listen, adapt, and deliver with precision.Agility and ownership We move fast, take initiative, and own outcomes.Global collaboration We thrive on diverse perspectives and crossfunctional teamwork.Continuous learning We invest in growth, mentorship, and knowledge sharing.Integrity and respect We operate with transparency and value every voice.Brooks Automation is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
