You will be responsible for managing teams that own all stock for Hotels and Airlines including Demand and Supply Planning, Purchasing and Warehousing across our Global networks.ResponsibilitiesDemand & Supply Planning and forecasting by gathering forecasts from client service teamsEnsuring stock levels are in line with forecasts and ratioRegular Stocktakes ensuring accuracySourcing, setting up and managing global 3PL/Distribution partnersPurchasing of stock across Hotels/AirlinesEnsuring key KPI''s measures are metDriving cost saving activities and improving process and systemsEffectively managing and developing Team to deliver on set objectivesYou must have been operating at a similar level in a previous role and have an extensive track record managing Teams across Planning, Purchasing and Warehousing. It would be important that you understand consumer products, and have experience supplying products into Hotels, Airlines or Retail (of large scale).Demonstrated experience in process and system improvements and ability to problemsolve challenging situations is important to the success of the role.Buzz CultureAt Buzz, we pride ourselves on doing things in ways that inspire discovery.
