OverviewNOW HIRING: Digital Marketplace ManagerCairns Indigenous Art Fair (CIAF) is seeking an experienced and culturally grounded Digital Marketplace Manager to lead the development and delivery of our new year-round online platform, showcasing Queensland Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander art to national and international audiences.This role will drive CIAF''s digital commerce strategy, from product sourcing and artist engagement to cultural protocols, customer experience, and technical oversight. You will work collaboratively with artists, art centres, communities, internal teams and external partners to ensure the platform reflects CIAF''s commitment to ethical practice, cultural integrity and industry-leading standards.Key ResponsibilitiesProduct and inventory management, including artist relationships, commissioning and stock oversight.Upholding cultural protocols and managing permissions, IP and sensitive material.Managing CIAF''s online shop, product listings, logistics, dispatch and customer service.Supporting digital marketing and content creation for online exhibitions and campaigns.Overseeing sales reporting, finances and e-commerce systems.Essential Skills & ExperienceE-commerce operations experience (Shopify or similar).Strong understanding of online retail, logistics and digital user experience.Experience within arts, culture or not-for-profit sectors.Deep understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities and cultural protocols.Excellent communication, project management and stakeholder engagement skills.SalarySalary: $75,000 $90,000 per annum (commensurate with experience).LocationLocation: Gimuy/Cairns, Queensland.
