About the roleCLS Cranes are seeking a dedicated and experienced Accounts & Office Manager to join our team on a parttime basis. This key role will be responsible for overseeing the daytoday financial and administrative operations of our company located in Paget, QLD.What you''ll be doingManage all accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoicing, payments, and reconciliationsPrepare monthly financial reports and liaise with the senior management teamOversee payroll and ensure compliance with all relevant employment legislationMaintain and update office procedures and systems to improve efficiencyProvide administrative support to the wider team as neededAct as the primary point of contact for clients and suppliersWhat we''re looking forSignificant experience (5+ years) in a similar accounts and office management role, preferably in the office administration or logistics industryStrong financial management skills, including proficiency in accounting software and processesProficiency in Xero accounting software is requiredExcellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to liaise effectively with both internal and external stakeholdersHighly organised with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectivelyProficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and accounting softwareAustralian work rights are required for this positionWhat we offerAt CLS Cranes, we pride ourselves on creating a supportive and collaborative work environment.
