About the OpportunityWe are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Help Desk Support Officer to join our team. This role will rely on strong IT skills and knowledge of Council''s assets and procedures to provide a high quality support service to our staff. You will be the go-to person for troubleshooting, problem-solving and delivering timely solutions to ensure smooth day-to-day operations across Council. Strong customer service skills are essential, as you will be the first point of contact for staff to help them resolve technical issues in a timely manner. You will bring demonstrated experience in a similar role, with a strong background in developing, maintaining, and supporting PC networks. You must also be able to provide high-quality help desk support, effectively guide and train users, and communicate technical information clearly to a range of stakeholders.
