Join us in a role where you can make a tangible impact on the community''s growth and development, ensuring that our strategies align with best practises and community needs.About The RoleAs the Strategic Planning Team Leader, you will guide a team of professional planners in delivering key strategic planning projects. Your leadership will support the development of land-use planning and policy initiatives that contribute to the long-term sustainability of the Sutherland Shire. Your responsibilities will include overseeing planning proposals, managing Voluntary Planning Agreements, and collaborating on major projects requiring cross-disciplinary input. You will work closely with government and community partners to ensure that our planning efforts yield best-practise outcomes.Who We027re Looking ForThe ideal candidate will possess a strong background in strategic or statutory planning and demonstrate exceptional leadership capabilities.
