The CSLO will support and mentor Centre Directors and OSHC Coordinators, helping them and their teams deliver high-quality services across multiple centres. You will provide guidance on staffing, compliance, and operational excellence in line with policies and state and federal legislation. The ideal candidate will offer strong, values-driven leadership, support workforce capability through coaching, induction, performance management, and professional development.
