Registered Nurse SylvaniaCarino Care is currently looking for Registered Nurses for our facility in Sylvania. The Registered Nurse will report to the Care and Services Manager and will perform the following:ResponsibilitiesCarrying out a comprehensive and accurate nursing assessment of individuals.Develop plan of care with the primary aim of providing optimal quality of life for the individual in consultation with the Resident or Representative.Coordinating and monitoring the planning, implementation and evaluation of service outcomes and nursing care standards.Overseeing care staff and delegation of care.Liaising with health practitioners, including GPs and allied health providers to ensure changes in resident care needs are reported and reviewed with prescribed changes to clinical care implemented and evaluated.QualificationsCurrent AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.A comprehensive clinical knowledge and understanding of the ageing process, particularly to agerelated health issues.Demonstrated leadership skills.Ability to prioritise and manage workloads according to resident''s needs.Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplined work team.Demonstrated interpersonal and written communication skills including demonstrated experience interacting with a wide range of people.A previous working experience in the aged care setting is desirable.Application QuestionsDo you have a current nursing registration from the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)?Have you worked in a role which requires a sound understanding of OH&S/WHS?How many years'' experience do you have as a registered nurse?Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?Are you currently registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)?Do you have a current NDIS Worker Screening Check?Have you completed a qualification in nursing?#J-18808-Ljbffr
