Maintain confidentiality and privacy of all clients at all times.Demonstrate a commitment to best practice principles in delivering Occupational Therapy services.Ensure compliance with NDIS and MyAgedCare guidelines in service delivery.Collaborate with clients, families, caregivers and other involved parties to promote active participation and achieve meaningful outcomes.Make clinically sound recommendations for assistive technology, home modifications, and other interventions to enhance clients'' independence and quality of life, ensuring alignment with their goals and needs.Documentation and AdministrationPrepare clinically justified reports for funding applications, including NDIS reports for assistive technology, home modifications, reviews, change of circumstances, and therapy progress.Complete accurate and timely case notes and clinical documentation for each client, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.Develop and maintain resources to support therapy programs tailored to client needs.Maintain and update client records in accordance with company policies and procedures.Travel and Client EngagementTravel to clients'' homes or community settings for therapy sessions, ensuring a reliable and safe mode of transport.Promote the company''s services and philosophy to the local community, enhancing engagement with potential clients.Ensure a safe and hygienic environment during home visits and therapy sessions.Complete all communication in a professional and polite manner with clients and external stakeholders.Professional DevelopmentAdhere to APHRA requirements on professional development.Participate in relevant training programs and maintain required certifications.Conduct research into case studies and relevant topics as needed to improve service delivery.Job FunctionsOccupational TherapyJob BenefitsSpecialised Caseloads : Focus on the areas you love most and excel at, without the pressure to be a generalist.
