OverviewExciting Opportunity: OSHC Coordinator at St Paul''s, Woodridge. Join our brand-new Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) service opening at St Paul''s Woodridge Catholic Primary School in Term 1, 2026, with Catholic Early EdCare. Our OSHC has a licensed capacity of 60 and will offer access to shared resources, equipment, and flexible spaces including the parish centre, library, and ground floor areas. We are seeking an OSHC Coordinator to lead a dedicated team of 3 educators, overseeing our After School Care program (3:00 PM - 6:00 PM). Take the next step and apply today!Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the daily operation of our After School Care ensuring a safe and enriching environment.Lead a dedicated team of educators, inspiring and supporting them to bring out their best.Develop and implement innovative, play-based programs that cater to our children''s interests and needs.Build strong relationships with children, families, and the school community, fostering a sense of belonging.Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, maintaining a high level of care and safety.Job RequirementsDiploma in Children Services or equivalent as per ACECQA guidelines.Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card), First Aid, CPR, Asthma/Anaphylaxis.Consent to being the Nominated Supervisor.Strong understanding of Childcare legislation, including National Quality Framework, Standards, and My Time Our Place.Child Protection training is required for this role.Previous childcare service management experience.Proficient with childcare management software (Xplor preferred).Demonstrated leadership skills for team development.BenefitsLeadership Days - All Service Leaders come together offsite for networking and professional development.Leadership Program - Supports you on your leadership journey.PODs - Be part of a POD where you can access peers for support and guidance.Cultural Mindsets - Be Brave, Be Authentic, Be Thoughtful, and Be Professional.
