As part of the HR Operations team within the broader People & Culture function, you''ll work closely with school leaders and internal stakeholders to deliver endtoend recruitment coordination and generalist HR support across the employee lifecycle, ensuring alignment with CESL policies, enterprise agreements and employmentrelated legislation, and contribute to workforce attraction initiatives, including career expos and diversity and inclusion activities.You''ll also contribute to continuous improvement by supporting reporting, analysing recruitment data, and identifying opportunities to refine HR and recruitment practices.
