We are looking for a manager professional with strong leadership skills, a passion for personcentred care, and the ability to foster a positive team environment.In this leadership role, you will oversee the daytoday operations of our 105bed, singlelevel home, ensuring the highest standards of care and service for our residents. With a stable and fully staffed master roster, and a team committed to excellence, you will be supported to focus on operational and clinical leadership, quality improvement and community engagement. You''ll foster a culture of warmth, respect, and excellence, ensuring the delivery of highquality care and services across clinical, administrative, hospitality, maintenance, and lifestyle functions.You will be supported by a dedicated leadership team including 3 Care Managers, a Workplace Educator, Administration Manager, Coordinators for Lifestyle, Pastoral Care, Maintenance and Housekeeping, and a committed team of nurses and carers.
