You''ll be joining a supportive organisation that values strong leadership, innovation, and continuous improvement.Located in the vibrant regional city of Wagga Wagga and surrounded by beautiful river walks and open spaces, Wagga Wagga provides the perfect balance of career opportunity and lifestyle.As the Residential Manager, you will provide overall leadership and direction for the home, driving excellence in clinical care, compliance, resident experience, and employee engagement. Supported by a stable and fully staffed master roster, you will be well positioned to focus on quality outcomes and continuous improvement.You will be supported by a dedicated leadership team including three Care Managers, a Workplace Educator, Administration Manager, Coordinators for Lifestyle, Pastoral Care, Maintenance and Housekeeping, and a committed team of nurses and carers.
