Our mission is to attract, retain and grow the world''s best data centre team.About the RoleThe Services Manager is the key driver of building services on site, ensuring all mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and fire systems are delivered to CDC''s standards. You''ll manage projects endtoendfrom planning through to commissioningwhile coordinating contractors, resolving technical issues, and keeping everything compliant and on schedule. Acting as the main point of contact for servicerelated queries, you''ll work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure quality, safety and seamless integration across all systems.Other ResponsibilitiesOversee data centre service projects, managing critical infrastructure and technical services to ensure successful delivery.Handle project planning, change management, customer coordination, reporting and internal stakeholder engagement.Collaborate with contractors to identify and mitigate risks in service trades, documentation, design and site works.Conduct site inspections, report on defects and progress, and participate in site meetings to ensure successful service delivery.Review monthly progress claims, work with project coordinators to complete claims, and manage weekly and client reporting.Manage vendor and trade interfaces, document interactions and review trade recommendations during procurement.Establish regular project meetings with internal and external stakeholders, manage communication and support internal staff.Support project accountants and finance teams in controlling costs.Oversee commissioning plans, ensure functional testing of facility operations and develop status reports.Manage defect lists and processes, ensure all required licenses are obtained and hand over maintenance documentation to appropriate stakeholders.What''s in it for youCDC offers excellent employment conditions and benefits such as:CDC Academy Enrol in specialised training courses to enhance your professional development.CDC Day An additional day of paid leave dedicated to nurturing your health and wellbeing.Parental Leave Inclusive and above legislative entitlement to help you start, grow and care for your family.Volunteer Leave 2 days of volunteering leave for any cause or charity of your choice.Employee Assistance Program Comprehensive support for you and your family.CDC Social Events Inclusive events that nurture relationships, connection and friendships across the business, such as BBQs, family picnics and community events.About YouYou''re an experienced Services Manager who knows how to deliver complex building services on major construction projects. You''ve worked on largescale builds and understand the integration of electrical systems, HVAC, fire safety, hydraulics and other critical services from design through commissioning.
