OverviewCELOTTI Workforce has partnered with a well-established Western Australian civil contractor to recruit an experienced Project Manager for site-based civil construction projects across WA.As a Project Manager, you will take the lead on a variety of mine, civil, and government infrastructure projects, managing the delivery of bulk earthworks and concrete construction packages across multiple sites and projects. These roles provide genuine site leadership, with autonomy and accountability for successful project delivery.Project ScopeManaging bulk earthworks and land development activitiesOverseeing concrete structures, foundations, and related worksDelivering mine infrastructure and NPI (Non-Process Infrastructure) projectsCoordinating roads, pads, drainage, and associated civil worksLeading predominantly self-performed project delivery teamsWorking on government and civil infrastructure projects ($250k - 2Mil)Key ResponsibilitiesOversee concurrent civil and marine infrastructure projects.Manage all phases of project delivery including planning, procurement, and execution.Lead and support site-based teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and HSEQ policies.Manage commercial elements including supplier agreements and claim submissions.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver successful project outcomes.Provide technical input across projects and liaise with consultants as needed.Our Ideal CandidateProven experience as a Project Manager in civil construction, mining, or government infrastructure projects - 3 years +Strong technical knowledge of bulk earthworks, concrete, and civil worksExceptional leadership, communication, and organisational skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and complex projectQualifications - Civil Engineering or Construction Management are highly regardedValid WA driver''s license; site/safety tickets (White Card, etc.)To ApplyIf this is a position you could see yourself in please click APPLY, or get in touch with Rachel from CELOTTI WORKFORCE on 0489 264 602, or send your resume to [email protected].
