Rewrite the future with us!Deliver quality education and care programs for the children in our communityContribute to a safe and supportive environment for children and families.Permanent full-time role available at our Niagara Park and Wyong Centres.About The RoleBe a positive contributor to the team and deliver high quality education and care in accordance with National Quality Framework/CCC''s policies and proceduresUse your knowledge and experience to develop and implement customised educational programs in line with the EYLF learning outcomes and individual needs and interests of childrenSupport the team, assist with problem solving, and offer great ideas to keep our activities fresh and relevantBuild relationships with children, families and carers to make them feel welcome and connected in our education and care communityTake a responsible and professional approach to supervision of children and their overall wellbeingComplete relevant documentation and administration associated with the positionWe are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual who possesses the following qualifications and skills:Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care.Current First Aid Certificate including CPR and Anaphylaxis and Asthma Management (HLTAID012 or equivalent)Current Working with Children Check and evidence of necessary vaccinations.Previous experience in an Early Childhood Education and Care environment.Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework and early childhood practises.The ideal candidate will demonstrate flexibility, excellent interpersonal skills, and a commitment to creating a safe and engaging learning environment for children. You should be able to build effective relationships with children, parents, and colleagues while embracing teamwork and collaboration.This position is required to provide quality customer service and create value for the community.Our provides more information for you to learn more about this role.Other Important InformationThe commencing salary for this position is up to $66k per year. Central Coast Council also provides progression opportunities for employees to progress up to the maximum salary of $76.5k on completion of assessment of skills and performance plus 12% superannuationWe have two permanent full-time roles available.This role will be able to access a 19 day month.These roles are located at Niagara Park Childrens Centre and Wyong Little Coast Kids.Council may create an eligibility list from this recruitment process and may utilise this eligibility list to fill other permanent or temporary vacancies.Extra BenefitsAt Central Coast Council we provide team members with a range of extras that help them balance their life when they need it.
