The town lies roughly halfway between Perth and Kalgoorlie and has historically served as a stopover for travellers to and from the Goldfields.The Customer Service Officer is the first point of contact for clients to the College and delivers professional and efficient customer service, as well as providing administrative support to the Campus Coordinator and location as required. Staff may be deployed within other work areas to meet broader business needs, as and when required.To be successful in this role you will ideally have:An ability to provide quality customer service to a diverse range of clients.Good organisational skills, including the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines, working independently.Good interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.Good computer skills and ability to use various databases, record management systems, spreadsheets and word processing tools.Ability to work in a team environment within a busy administrative office.To work for the College, you may be required to hold Australian or Australian equivalent qualification(s).
