LocationWestern Sydney (Head Office Parramatta or depots: Hoxton Park, Blacktown/Glendenning, Lithgow, Katoomba, Penrith)About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Health & Wellbeing Business Partner to join a dynamic team on a 6month fixedterm contract, with potential for extension. This role is hybrid (4 days in office, 1 day WFH) and offers flexibility with start times based on operational needs.You will play a key role in delivering health and wellbeing initiatives, focusing on injury management, triage, and process coordination rather than treatment. The position involves managing approximately 6 cases at any given time, with occasional travel (up to 6 overnight stays per year, fully reimbursed).Key ResponsibilitiesImplement and execute the Health & Wellbeing strategy.Manage injury and illness cases, including mental health, AOD (Alcohol & Other Drugs), fatigue, and musculoskeletal issues.Liaise with healthcare providers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and effective case management.Provide technical advice and coaching to operational teams on health and wellbeing practices.Drive proactive programs to minimise psychological harm and improve fitness for work.Support early intervention and returntowork processes for nonwork-related injuries.About YouAllied Health qualification (e.g., Nurse, Psychologist, Mental Health Professional, Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, or similar).Strong experience in health and wellbeing, injury management, or related fields.Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and resolve complex issues with sound judgment.Comfortable with occasional travel across Western Sydney depots.What''s on OfferCompetitive salary + 16.5% SuperHybrid work model (4 days office, 1 day WFH)Opportunity to make a real impact on health and wellbeing initiativesHow to ApplySend your application to [email protected] or click Apply Now.#J-18808-Ljbffr
