Front of House Team Member Responsibilities Interact with customers and ensure they receive the best service possible through a friendly attitude and genuine concern. Take, prepare, and present orders in compliance with restaurant standards. Support management in maintaining overall cleanliness, safety, and presentation of the restaurant.
