This position is available on a 12-month fixed term contract basis.The position is diverse, and includes the following key elements:Manage a portfolio of strata claims within agreed timeframesEnsure the delivery of a "Concierge" claims service on every claimEnsure regular and accurate reporting is provided to the Claims ManagersAssist with overflow of claims matters from other branchesProviding risk insights and guidance to the Underwriting teamWe''d love to meet you...Especially if you can talk to us about your:Minimum 2 years property claims experience, preferably strataSound working knowledge of claims operationsand understanding of quality service standardsStrong problem solving and ability to think analyticallyComprehensive experience in dealing with loss adjusters, repairers, brokers, strata managers etc.Demonstrated high level of organisational and time management skillsANZIIF Cert IV or equivalent (or working towards), desirable but not essentialOur commitment to youAt the heart of CHU''s company culture is recognition of the value our team members bring to the workplace through their individual backgrounds, culture, strengths, creativity, ideas,shared experiences and access to a flexible work environment.
