Work in an inclusive, down to earth & welcoming culture.Not for profit salary packaging up to $18,549 tax-free.Free parking, onsite cafeBusiness Improvement Analyst (Finance)Kenmore Head OfficePermanent, Full timeAre you passionate about streamlining finance processes, driving continuous improvement, and making a meaningful difference?Working closely with the Manager Financial Accounting and broader Finance team, you will play a key role in embedding bestpractice accounting and improved ways of working across Finance.This is a handson role suited to someone who enjoys analysing processes, engaging stakeholders, and turning improvement ideas into practical, sustainable outcomes.What You Will Do:As part of our Finance team, optimise, standardise, and automate processes for greater accuracy and efficiency.Review, map and analyse finance processes to identify inefficiencies and automation opportunities.Design, recommend and implement process improvements aligned with business and strategic objectives.Support our leadership in embedding best practice financial accounting principles.Maintain robust process documentation and templates to ensure consistency and transparency.Collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to deliver continuous improvement outcomes.About You:You are a proactive problemsolver with a strong finance background and a passion for continuous improvement.
