You will serve as a go-to expert in school administration and integration practices, assisting in tackling complex (Level 3+) support challenges alongside our support, warranty, and consulting teams.By relaying valuable customer insights to project managers and product leaders, you will play an essential role in influencing product enhancements and fostering wider adoption.
