The Accommodation Services Manager will provide leadership and continuously improve Supported Accommodation Services for people living with disability. Specifically, the role will be responsible for the leadership of a team of staff across a small portfolio of accommodation sites who together ensure the provision of highquality direct care services for people with a disability and complex support needs to meet individual client needs.This role will be responsible for ensuring clients needs are being met alongside ensuring support workers are upholding their duties in a prompt and professional manner.
