If you enjoy staying organised, taking ownership of your work, and being part of a collaborative workplace, this could be a great fit for you.What You''ll Be DoingProviding high-quality administrative support and friendly, professional customer serviceHandling customer and internal enquiries via phone and emailRaising purchase orders, processing invoices, and matching amounts accuratelySetting up and maintaining customer accountsCompleting data entry and ensuring records are accurate and up to dateSupporting finance processes in line with internal policies and timelinesBuilding positive working relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teamsAbout YouYou''re organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with numbers. You enjoy being part of a collaborative team, don''t mind answering the phone, and take pride in getting the details right.
