While the role is officebased, you''ll spend valuable time onsite, working shoulder to shoulder with your delivery teams to provide direction, structure, and support.Key to your success in this role:Coaching and mentoring Contract Administrators and Site ManagersSharing your technical knowledge and judgment to raise team capabilityDriving quality outcomes through structured communication and planningOffering a calm, dependable presence on both sites and in meetingsThis isn''t a role for someone chasing bigger titles or a rapid climb - it''s for someone who enjoys building projects and people, and who''s ready to lead with a quiet confidence that gets results.The BuilderA wellregarded and longestablished commercial builder (Head Contractor) with a reputation for quality delivery across:Government buildings and council assetsPublic and private education projectsSpecialist childcare and early learning environmentsCommunity, sporting, and recreational facilitiesWith project values between $3M and $15M, they maintain a strong pipeline of work with repeat government and institutional clients.
