This role is on a 19:9 rotation to our Perdaman project in Karratha, WA.Clough, as part of a Joint Venture with Saipem, is delivering the Project ''CERES'' urea plant, a landmark project for Western Australia. The plant will be the largest in Australia and one of the largest in the world, installing the most sustainable production processes.We are searching for Mechanical Supervisor to join our site-based team on Project Ceres. Reporting to the Construction Manager, the candidate will oversee site activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently and to required standards. These are just a few words that describe you.ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily mechanical activities on-site, including rotating equipment scope and other related systems.Ensure all mechanical work is executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, standards, and safety regulations.Coordinate with subcontractors, engineers, and other discipline supervisors to ensure seamless workflow.Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment requirements to ensure timely completion of project milestones.Inspect mechanical installations and conduct quality checks to ensure workmanship and materials meet project requirements.Prepare and maintain site reports, logs, and documentation related to mechanical work progress and issues.BenefitsExposure to a range of projects and industries across our operations.Mental health and wellbeing programs.Employee assistance program for employees and their families.Special offers on health insurance, salary packaging, banking, travel, groceries and more.A supportive team culture and environment.Key RequirementsAbility to work on a 19:9 rotation to site (Karratha).Proven experience supervising in a construction context across mechanical/rotating equipment scope.Strong leadership and communication skills.In-depth knowledge of SMP systems, safety protocols, and industry standards.Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively under pressure.A proactive attitude with excellent organizational skills. 10+ years'' experience in a Supervisory role.Diversity and InclusionWe are committed to building a workforce that reflects the communities in which we work and live, fostering an inclusive environment that accepts every person, embraces their strengths and differences, and provides opportunities for all to achieve their full potential.
